What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in starts at 3 pm and checkout is by 11 am. Ask the front desk for early check-in or late checkout; we’ll do our best depending on availability.
Is parking available?
Yes. Valet and self-parking are available in our secure garage, open 24 hours. Electric-vehicle chargers are on level one.
Do you welcome children?
Yes, families are welcome in the hotel, pool, restaurants and spa garden. Children under 12 stay free in their parents’ room. The casino floor is for guests aged 18 and over only.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs under 15 kg are welcome in selected Harbour Rooms for a small nightly fee. Please tell us when you book.
