Our commitment
At Neptune Niche, gaming is part of a night out, not a way to make money. We train every member of our casino team to spot signs of harm and to offer help without judgement.
Strictly 18+
No one under 18 may enter the gaming floor. We check valid photo ID at the entrance and may ask again at any table.
Tips for playing safely
- Decide on a budget before you play, and stop when it’s spent.
- Set a time limit and take regular breaks.
- Never try to win back money you’ve lost.
- Avoid playing when you’re stressed, upset or have been drinking heavily.
- Keep gaming in balance with the rest of your stay: the pool, the spa and dinner are all part of it.
Tools we offer
- Time reminders: a host can remind you when you’ve reached a set time on the floor.
- Spending limits: ask the cashier to cap how much you can buy in per visit.
- Cooling-off periods: take a break from the casino for 24 hours to 6 weeks.
- Self-exclusion: ban yourself from the gaming floor for six months or longer.
Signs it may be time to stop
Spending more than you planned, hiding your gambling from others, borrowing money to play or feeling anxious when you’re not playing can all be signs of a problem.
Need to talk to someone?
Speak to any casino host or the duty manager, at any hour, in confidence. You can also contact a free, independent support service such as Gambling Therapy, which offers support in many languages, or Gamblers Anonymous.
